Designing beyond
the interface.
As a UX/UI Designer at TG Levels, I worked across research, product flows, interface design, and prototyping โ translating user problems and business requirements into clearer digital experiences.
Where the experience
fell short.
Research revealed recurring friction across navigation, trading decisions, communication, and engagement beyond market hours.
Finding the right information took effort.
Unclear navigation and scattered actions made it difficult for users to find essential features and move confidently through the app.
Engagement dropped after market hours.
Users had limited reasons to return once trading ended, reducing opportunities for learning, discussion, and community interaction.
Critical trade details were easy to miss.
Poor visual hierarchy made entry prices, stop-loss levels, and targets harder to identify during time-sensitive trading decisions.
Support and calling lacked structure.
Unstructured support conversations and inefficient calling workflows made timely assistance difficult during critical trading hours.
Making trading
more accessible.
Our aim was to create a clearer, more intuitive trading experience across devices. By introducing a Progressive Web App, we sought to reduce platform barriers while improving usability, consistency, and user confidence.
